If your feeling headache y try drinking some water! Our body tries to talk to us and we need to listen. If we don't drink enough water our body may bring on a headache, muscle aches, or fatigue. So before you pop that Tylenol try some H2O.

Now you sound just like Jeni! She's always pushing water for those ailments. I totally agree and I know it works. People are way too quick to go for medicine when what they need is food, or a drink, or rest, or something completely natural. Good tip Gym Guru! I hope the word passes around and saves people's livers. :)
