What do I Know...

My favorite candles are Salt City Candles. At Christmas I always buy the scents Christmas Tree and Holly Berry. It is extra good if you burn them at the same time. The mixture is wonderful. Christmas Tree is good because it creates that real tree smell that we long for. It's a subtle hint of pine that is just right and not to overpowering to the nose!

Best Brownies I ever made

Brownies:
1 cup butter softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups self -rising flour (As a sub for self-rising flour you can make your own by adding 3/4 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt to every 1/2 cup of flour)
1/2 cup baking cocoa

Marshmallow:
1 jar(7 ounces) marshmallow creme

Frosting:
1/2 cup butter softened
3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 to 5 tablespoons of milk

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour and cocoa; gradually add to creamed mixture. Transfer to a greased 13in x 9in x 2in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 3 minutes (brownies will fall in the center). Spoon the marshmallow creme over brownies; carefully spread to cover top. Cool completely.

For frosting, in a mixing bowl, cream butter. Beat in confectioners' sugar, cocoa, vanilla and enough milk to achieve frosting consistency. Spread over marshmallow creme layer. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 16-20

Get ready for the best brownies ever! Everyone will love you!

I love you! I just pulled a jar of Marshmallow creme out of my pantry yesterday and told myself I would look for a recipe to use it up. Brownies are my fave so this will be perfect. Thanks for sharing. I can't wait to make them.
